This client lent another investor money to buy this house. So this investor is making a 9% return. This investor owns this house and solved this person's problem because what they did was they bought the house before it went to foreclosure and they leased it back to them for 2 years with the ability to buy it back over that 2-year period of time with a different price and, and covering costs and different things, right?
