The fun part about our business. Yes. We have the Department of Real Estate. Right. And I believe that if you're operating out of character and integrity, that you can create win win strategies all day long and you're not taking advantage of people and you're doing, you know, kind of a question for you. I think agents confuse fiduciary responsibility with getting the highest price out of the house. For sure. Our fiduciary responsibility is to solve the problem and give options. Right. It's not to take them down the road of, well, I can get the highest price for your house and I do the best marking. It's, can you bring me the best solution?
