It all leads back to relationships. So during the time when everything was chaotic, there was like eight of us guys that got together and, like, it was kind of like a bitch session about the market. Like, what are you doing and what's going on here and how are you doing this? We were just talking about the market as a couple of guys over coffee every Thursday. And one of the guys that I connected with, that I really respected, that had also kind of been around my parents, things like that. I called him, like, dude, I need 10 grand. And he's like, what do you need it for? I said, I got this opportunity. And he's like, we'll loan it to you. I'm like, okay, cool, start, right? And then next thing you know, he was also given the same opportunity I was in the REO space. So we ended up melding that part ownership, and it really moved us forward.
