So walk me through in the process of possibly renovating, what are options you would do with a rental backyard?

I would cut the grass down. That's it. Here's the reason why people rent houses. Some of them do like a nice yard, but some of them will rent this and they will work on cars back here or they'll keep their kids back here or whatever the case may be. They're not super concerned about the condition of the yard is in a lot of cases. So like on this one, we're not going to come in and do a bunch of landscaping to it. We're going to get the grass cleaned up. Cut that, whatever that is out there.
