A short YouTube conversation between Steve D Valentine and Kelly Zitlow about lending strategy. Steve contrasts the hassle of big-bank processes with more guided lender support, while Kelly emphasizes the importance of strategic questioning to salvage transactions other lenders reject and to create opportunities that can raise sale price. They note current market opportunity from willing sellers in some areas despite competitive pockets.
