Was just always looking at the opportunity, and then always, you know, the creative financing options and just. It's just always where the opportunity is. And that's always what I'm looking at is like, where does the door open and what do I do with it? Is it something I want to keep? Is it something I want to sell? Is something I want to partner with somebody in? So a lot of times when we're solo, we look at things go, no, it's not for me. I can't do that. I don't have the money for it. And it's like you have something in your lap. It's worth something to somebody, whether you're making money on it, keeping it, or figuring out how to partner with it. It's just when we think we can't, we can't. You're right. And if we think we can, you say yes and figure it out later and go, well, I'm gonna figure this out whether I lose money or make money, but if I don't do it, I'm not gonna know.
