Everybody in this business talks about deals. Nobody actually knows what a deal is because a deal is different depending on how you look at it. Every property is a different type of deal. Now see, some of the things that I believe you've probably educated yourself with is the deal of flipping or investing. And most of the time in flipping, the deal is, well, I got to buy something at 60 cents on the dollar or after the repair value or these types of things, right? Those are the deals that people are looking for. The reality is, is can look at not what you see, but what you don't see and what nobody else sees. That's actually where the money and the freedom and the future is going to come from.
