Where recovery meets real estate, and I need your support. If you don't mind, I would love to chat with you about it if this is something that is worth your time. So, we're here at what my dream is, sober living property. It's 2 acres. Believe it or not, I bought this last year and it has cost me a grip of money to hold on to it for the dream and the vision. But here's what I'm going to ask for support. So, my partner, The Barbell Saves, Is the current operator of this property, and we have something amazing that we're in the middle of right now, is we have another partner on this vacant lot, and we're bringing equine therapy to the West Valley in a crazy way. And I'm gonna ask you, if you have the ability or the desire to support us, whether it's $10 a month, $100 a month, or a one-time big donation, We would be so grateful because here's the cool part. Right now, we're we're helping ten guys in this house heal and recover and be part of society and a better part of society. And Rob and I believe that helping people through health and fitness and getting them on track mentally, physically—that that's one of the biggest things we can do. And one of the things that impacted me in rehab was ecoin therapy. Which is horse therapy rather than talk therapy. And I loved it. And we've got 2 horses that have been donated. We need to be at this lot together. And to be honest with you, I need to raise about $200,000 to finish out what we're doing here. And if you would be gracious enough to help us bring this vision to life, if addiction has, you know, touched your family, if I've impacted you in any way, and there's a way that you'd be willing to support us in this venture. I'd be greatly appreciated for it. So would Rob. And so will the guys that you don't even know we're helping yet. The guys that aren't even here yet. You see, here's what I know. I invested in myself to be the person that I am today. And I'm very fortunate, very blessed with the financial resources that I have and the support that I have. And what I know in this community, a lot of people don't have that support. And so it takes the rest of us To build in that support, to give them the things that they, they need to become operational in society and be able to give back and be contributing human beings and get back with their kids and get back with their families. You see, what I know is that the more men that we can heal and bring through this, more families get together, society becomes better. The fathers are back in the homes. That's what you're supporting. It's also what you're supporting when you're doing real estate with me because a lot of my real estate income goes back into things like this in the give.
