That's my goal for everybody in this industry, is to not have to work with somebody because you need the income so bad. Because when you do that, you will sacrifice everything that your future has to bring. If my dad would have reached out to one of his investors during that time and said, will you loan me $30,000 at 20% interest? And he did that 10 times during that time frame, it would have changed everything going forward. Because what happens when you get over the fear and you ask that first question and somebody says yes, and until somebody says yes, and then it starts to get easier, the conversation get easier.
