What about little old people that are hoarders and too much stuff in their house? You've been to the house.
And it's like pulling teeth to get them to get rid of stuff.
Okay, so let's stay there for one second. When there's pulling teeth, there's a pain point. And this is where a lot of our business has come from, is trying to solve the biggest pain point for the seller, and it's not always putting it on the market. So it's trying to reverse engineer the conversations to figure out what somebody's pain point is and then start to work off that pain point with the solution.
