You know, I'm 46 years old. I'm in the best shape of my life. And I think about my dad at this age was about when I got married and he was about 205 at the time, but when he passed, he was about 350. And so what happened over that 20 years is that needle started clicking backwards. Right? And so this is, this is what you have to understand is that it's one bad day of eating and no exercise leads to two leads to 10 years later. And by the way, in that 10 years, you thought that you could work your way out of the debt or the problem or the stress or the clarity by working more and harder and longer rather than working less and taking care of yourself. Because then if your body is clear and you're healthy and you're eating healthy and your mind is clear, things click. If it's not, your brain is so foggy it works at half capacity and, and you don't make as good a decisions and you certainly aren't pausing.
