The only time you get educated is after you screw something up. You're like, well, that didn't go right. So what did I learn from it? Right? And most people, they don't take the time to go back. And what did I learn from this? And on top of that, I don't think a lot of people will go back. And the thing that I just said about if somebody truly asked, like, did you properly interview your real estate agent? No. And I had no idea what questions to ask. Right. And by the way, did you ever ask your agent for a resume, like, what kind of experience do you have? What we get is a. Well, it's not anymore. And I totally go old school on this every time. And it totally dates me because I've been in the business 25 years. Goes back to your presentation book. Most people use iPads and shit. I never have. And they flip through it and they say, look at how good I am. And that's what the consumer believes. And, you know, again, rabbit hole. But we'll stop after this. If you just ask somebody what their experience is in the current market, that answer should tell you a lot. If somebody says, I've sold one house in the last two years, not a good fit for you.
