So where can you find more properties to purchase? Or more deals, as a lot of people refer to it? Everybody asks, you know, where do you get your deals, where they come from? So one of the great places that you can partner with is finding a property management company. One, that you can refer property management to, and two, letting them know that you are buying houses. Because a lot of times the single landlord or one property owners, they get sick. Like in this case, this lady got sick and she needed to sell. They went to the property management company, it had a tenant in it and they needed to sell. Well, the property management company refers that to me to work with the client to purchase the home. So one of the great places to find properties to buy or to invest in would be the property management companies, because they can connect the dots between you and the seller. And that's where you get a deeper discount, especially in something that might have had a tenant a long time, needs to be remodeled. And that's exactly what we did with this property.
