That Senate Bill 1450 in Arizona that was just passed brings a whole lot of they're lessening the regulations on ADU or accessory dwelling units, which is basically guest quarters. And this is going to be a big piece going forward for people that want to have multigenerational living or guest quarters or they want to do the short term rental from their backyard. So, Todd, I don't know what you've heard on the financing side of where they're going to look at this, but I have a feeling that you see a lot of these companies like Boxabl and some of these tiny homes. You're going to start seeing these little homes craned into people's backyards to make rental properties. Because I think this is one of the city's ways to combat affordable housing is let the homeowners create affordable housing in their backyards by allowing these ADUs. And there's quite a few articles on it that I would highly encourage you to read and look at because I think it's going to be a great investment opportunity going forward with these little tiny houses.
