And I think a lot of sellers from out of state are similar that way. I don't highly advise when your sellers like in this mix to go get an inspection, but it also is giving them the option like, hey, we can get an inspection and see how bad it really is if you want to go down that road. But just keep in mind the pros and cons over yes, you're going to know and yes, you're going to know and you have to disclose. So it could cause us some problems by saying, hey, I inherited the house. I don't know anything. Peace out, right?
