Your fuck ups will equal your success. The more you fuck up, the more you figure it out. As long as you are learning. So it's always like from the kids when they were little, you know, ask Christian. I can't stand the winning at all cost mentality. Drives me crazy. I think you learn from everything that you do. You know, if you lose to another team, what did you learn? What is their defense? Like, what is the things? Where's their strong side, right? You start to learn. People in this business, every flip I've done that we've lost money, we've gone back and like, what did we do wrong? What do we need to change? And you keep going in those directions so that you learn from those things and not repeat the same mistake.
