We're going to go through and we're going to have a lease. Lease terms are all in there. And I'm going to suggest that we do a net lease. So a net lease, it's based like on commercial. So they're going to assume responsibility for repairs. The management company is going to make sure and take care of all the payments and all those pieces. But we're not going back and forth all these repairs if they're really doing a lease purchase. So they're taking responsibility for those. And then on that lease. Yes. I highly recommend just using the property management company to take care of that. And we're going to tie in the lease with the purchase contract for performance, because if the lease is violated, the contract's violated, which makes the deposit money non refundable.
