You have the entrepreneur and you have the intrapreneur and then you have the employee mindset. And I do think that a lot of people, especially in the real estate space, in the self employed space, they go to a company where they're responsible for killing what they eat and they also are being on the intrapreneur side to where they're not having to take the time to do the entrepreneur stuff, right? So in the entrepreneur space, like me, I have to have the payroll, the staff, the building, the systems to support the intrapreneur going forward. And a lot of agents don't realize when they, they come in, like, how much support is there in order to give them that time.
