Real estate agents can use a free Google Form to screen clients early. Prospects who won't fill it out are probably time-wasters. It saves agents from chasing people who aren't serious.
Like, for me, like long ago I created a simple Google Form. It's free, right? Like you don't need to complicate it. You don't need to go buy this super expensive system for the people that are in that phase trying to figure that out. And I have like an intake form. Whether you're a buyer, you're a seller, doesn't matter. Like that's one of the first things I have you fill out in our relationship. Because if you— one, if you're not willing to fill it out, I know that you're going to waste my time and probably your own. Yep. Because it's a commitment exchange. It's like, hey, I'm going to go all in on you. You're going to get my best.
