You get to coach a little bit, right? Which I think we're all kind of passionate about sharing. And my visual always in my up and down line is a ladder, right? If I'm here on the ladder, I'm always reaching down to pull you up. And I brought you into my ecosystem because I believe that you also reach down and bring somebody else up, right? And I know that Kim Ryan is pulling me up, right? And so I think that's the visual in that ability of helping people pull forward. And I think when you do see talent and you're like, hey, why don't you come over here, let me work with you. You know, you can partner with agents, right? You can do referral fees, you can co list, you can. And again, it doesn't have to be this team thing where you're giving somebody the ability, like, I can work with you until you're ready to just jump out on your own.
