Sometimes we have opportunities come in front of us, like the real estate market or your real estate license, and we don't take advantage of those opportunities. We don't look around at what's new and what's exciting. Instead, we cower when things like right now, I'm shooting this video in the midst of all the NAR changes. By the way, thanks nar, for really stepping up and defending the realtors that have paid you all these years. This is a time where it's challenging and the agents out there, along with the consumers, everybody's challenged because everything's confusing and it's running into the market when that's happening and trying to figure it out and make making yourself an authority when that happens, rather than going through it and hunkering down or hiding from all the changes and then being 12 steps behind.
