I would say, you know, again, on, you know, the guy that's doing flips, you know, it sounds like you have a relationship with him is I would encourage you in that space to, you know, as much as people want to help, it's different when I would go to him and say, hey, what can I do to earn some of your time and energy and understand what you're doing on these things so that I can understand what you're looking for so I can find some more stuff, number one, to make some more money and Right. So it's offering and looking for that guidance in it so that you can help. And I would partner with him right now if it's something like the sign calls and those types of things. I mean, take all those things if he doesn't want them and try to turn those into opportunities when it comes down to those conversations.
