Steve D Valentine presents a tour of the iconic “Wagon Wheel” property in Munds Park, Arizona, describing its history, location benefits, layout, character, and expansion potential. He notes the home was one of the original Muns Park properties built in the late 1960s, sits on a one-acre lot directly across from Pinewood Country Club on a private road, offers single-level living with a large great room and period (harvest-gold) kitchen appliances, and has potential for additions or a detached shop; it also fronts a normally-flowing wash and provides a front-row view of Munds Park’s annual 4th of July parade.

Welcome to Wagon Wheel, an iconic property in Muns Park. This property is iconic for a couple of reasons. Number one, it was one of the original properties built in Munns Park. It was built in the late 60s. And if you can imagine the Brady Bunch building a property in Muns park, that would be it. It sits on an acre directly across from Pinewood Country Club which is a benefit as well because you can walk to the club for meals, you, you can go play golf, pickleball, all the things. Right. The country club even has a pool, which is awesome. Right. This is also a private acre, private road. And it also gives you a front row seat to the 4th of July parade which is an iconic event up here at Munds park every year, which I absolutely love. Why is this property so iconic? Well, as you walk through it, really look at the fact of the details that are in this property. It is not the norm for a cabin. It's a single level. It has a massive great room. It also has these great views of the front where in my idea talking with my wife is we're going to take these doors and I would put 12 foot sliding doors on both sides of this patio to really open up the outside into the inside, which is amazing. And some of you, I kind of look at it from the standpoint with the harvest gold appliances, the kitchen. Do I really want to change any of this or do I want to theme this property as like the Brady Bunch VRBO of Munds Park? So I love everything about this property. I also love the fact that it can be expanded. Right. If you wanted to add on to it, you could and you could also put a detached shop on it with some extra living space if you've got toys, those types of things. It also sides this beautiful wash that typically has running water in it whether if it's snowing or raining. And I hope that you will come out, check this property out because it is amazing and you will see all the potential that I see in this property. And I want to show that to you, Sam.
