All the way to the successful piece. Right. The industry has trained us to go train another agent so that you can expand your business, do more, make more money, all the things. And in the meantime, what happens is that becomes a treadmill. The agent gets on, they're doing good, and then that's just what they're supposed to do. Yeah. And the only way for increase is to do more transactions or raise your purchase price. But nobody's saying, hey, if you keep running that hard on the treadmill, you're going to burn yourself out and something's going to happen. There's other ways to create the same amount of income with less work and still be a healthy human being, rather than having to swing the pendulum from one side to the next. And I can say that personally, watching my dad, my dad swung the pendulum.
