When you buy new construction from a builder or developer, like the subdivision we're standing in, everything's included. From the power to the lot to the upgrades, it's all included in that final sales price. So there's no extra things. Like if you were building a house and you bought a lot, you're gonna have to bring power and you're gonna find water or a well or septic or whatever that looks like, and you're having to go through all of those pieces to get to a bill. That's why maybe buying in a new construction subdivision is better for you as far as all of those pieces that come to it.
