What does it mean when you co sign? I think that's important. Yeah. What is it? What is it? Are you a co borrower? Are you a co signer? There's a difference. Okay, so what is that? So, so a co borrower means you're actually on the home loan and you're going to be on the deed which is going to give you ownership interest in the property. So they don't have ownership interest in the property. So again, just one of those nuances and those are the things we're going through.
