There's this thing that I was taught from my dad that was, if you want something, are you willing to work for it? Are you willing to sacrifice everything to go after it? Right. And recently, if you haven't read it, Hal Elrod wrote the Miracle Morning. Well, he also wrote a book, the after version of that, which is the Morning Equation. Right. And there was something in there that, like, it stood out to me so hard that I'm like, I went and tattooed it on my forearm, like, that's how much it resonated. And it says, unwavering faith, extraordinary effort. No matter the results, which goes back to your, you know what you're going to put all this effort in, you're going to fail, but are you going to try it and pivot? So one of the things in the business where I really believe that we've succeeded is that, like, every time there was a failure, it was like, where do I need to pivot and make this better? And that's where all of us should be in these markets is not being scared to pivot from what our traditional real estate business looks like. Right. And I think that that's some of the stuff that is really, really important, especially now.
