So the mindset starts in our traditional business, right? I've been in the business 25 years. I have lots of referrals, lots of people coming in. And it changed in the strategy. Right? That's why I call it strategies. I don't go on listing appointments anymore. I go on strategy sessions. It's like the kid I met with last night. He's 22 years old. His house is half torn apart because of a garage fire. And I went through the numbers of, hey, I want you to think about 20 years from now, 30 years from now, what your life will look like, what retirement. I'd really like you to keep this house. And we really walked through the numbers, and it just is not going to work right now. But I planted the seed for the next house that we buy right now. If that. That house wasn't 100 miles from our house, Wendy would kill me if I bought that house in Maricopa. In fact, I haven't been out to Maricopa in so long, I forgot where it was. And so I get out there, you know, and it needs to be put back together. I'm like, here's the plan. I'd love for you to keep it. The numbers would be really awesome. It just doesn't work for his plan right now. Right. But he knows the option.
