Where you think maybe the real estate space and some of the AI space is going, and how scared should we really be of it? Scared is a good word. No, I love this stuff. Yeah. We just had a great session, you guys. And the interesting thing about AI is just that it's evolving by the hour, by the minute. Right. Like, some of the stuff we talked about, there could be a change, and I might have to reevaluate, actually, by the time we get to work on it. So that's why scared actually is a good word. It's evolving so fast that you have to be doing something on it, and if you're doing nothing, you're going to get outpaced by those that are. So if movement is staying alive, this is the act of starting to get into motion. That's the only way I can see it. It's a different version of who Moved My Cheese? If you've ever read that book, right? It's like, oh, the cheese pie was here an hour ago, and now it's moved, and I got to go follow it over here.
