What education or what should they know and research before they start doing this? I've always told people trying to get into the wholesale space to go get their real estate license and become a realtor for at least a few years so that they can understand that side of it. Agreed. And learn from somebody. You know, find a mentor to teach them on that end of it. Because just getting into real estate, whether it's wholesaling exclusively or the retail side as a realtor is hard.
