I was a traditional agent on a team, and we went through that process with my parents. Right. Because my parents were my mentors and where we started. I also go through the fact of the things that I wasn't taught early in the business. And you know as well as I do, if you go get your real estate license, you are taught that it's a sales job and this is the way you are going to make money. You know as well as I do, everybody wants to come in and make six figures and they don't want to work very hard and they don't see opportunity. The number one thing that I say in there, right in the introduction is your real estate license is your greatest opportunity to wealth and create opportunity.
