A short personal reflection by April explaining her decision to join Real Brokerage. April emphasizes trust in the people around her, authenticity, vulnerability, and a desire to stop working alone and repeat unproductive patterns; the move is framed as about relationships and personal alignment rather than business or real estate per se.

Why did you finally move to real brokerage? Well, I realized that historically, I've been a creature of habit in terms of being a lone ranger and doing things the hard way and remembering, you know, who I surround myself with matters. And so I remembered how much you've shown up for me, and I trust you. That's the truth. I trust you. And so I remember the conversation that you had with me, and you said, let me just try this out, and if it's legit, April, like, come and play with me. And so why did I come? Because. Why not? The same reason I joined one. Am I going to keep doing the same thing over and over by myself and expect different results? Because I'll tell you this. It's not about the business. It's not about real estate. It's about who I am, and it's about who I'm hanging out with, right? If I'm not vulnerable like this and tell people the truth instead of like, oh, my God, I'm just a successful real estate agent, and I've always been successful. That's not authentic. That's not who I want to be.
