Avoiding burnout is the absolute most critical in the first 3 to 5 years. And the only way to avoid burnout is to know truly what you want to do, what you want to accomplish, and to have a vision for your first 3 years. It's like college. You're not going to make a lot of money. You're going to have to work part-time until you get a job and you have the education. 90 hours of real estate school, which teach you book knowledge, it does not teach you life.
