Hey Melissa, that is not why small businesses are struggling. But if you think that is why, I would love to know the research that you've done for them. I have conducted my own research through speaking to hundreds of other business owners, small businesses mainly and the reason they are struggling is because they don't know how to speak to their target audience. They don't know exactly what their target audience wants to hear from them and they're charging way less than they should be charging because they don't look professional. They have shitty canva logos that have them looking cheap. People don't want to pay them what they're asking because they look cheaper than they are asking for and nobody is using a brand strategy so they they don't know how to speak to their target audience to get them to buy into the fact that they are worth what they're asking. It 100% does not have to do with people looking at a logo and not knowing what they do. Can 100% confirm that people are posting random tricks and tip having shitty look. Inconsistent social media, inconsistent websites, websites that aren't built to sell have no fucking clue what to say their target audience to get them to buy. That is why small businesses are struggling because none of them are investing in the right things and they don't actually know.
