I truly do not care who you are as a business. If you are adding new products or new offerings that are a different beast than what you started with or what you've been operating with recently, you have got to take a look at your brand because the same messaging and the same visuals may not work for the new people who you're obviously attracting different people. If you have a completely different product or offering, a brand can remain recognizable. Remain on brand with what you've been doing while still adjusting to accept these new customers and clients.
