I'm going to tell you something that absolutely none of you want to hear. You are putting way too much responsibility on your logo. You're expecting far too much of it. What I mean by that is that you have an expectation that your logo is supposed to transmit all of this information to your customer. You think that if you sell T shirts, you should have a T shirt. Your logo. You think that if you're a photographer, you should have a camera in your logo so that they can tell what you do. It is not your logo's job to tell your audience what your business's function is. That is handled in marketing, on your website, on a business card. You your logo is supposed to represent your brand. It is not supposed to inform or educate people. What you do, that's your job.
