Christina Hall speaks directly about a gap in access to professional design services: many people cannot afford expensive brand design packages and instead rely on low-quality or overused options (e.g., Fiverr designers, ripped Canva templates). She acknowledges previously having no answer for lower-budget creators and proposes creating an affordable course (target price mentioned later as $97) to teach usable design skills.

So let me get this straight. Let me make sure I understand. When I was designing videos and making them in Illustrator and telling you, like, look how much better Illustrator is. And people were in my comments saying, but not a lot of people can afford a professional designer. There are a lot of people whose budgets don't allocate for that. And I didn't really have an answer for them. I was like, well, that sucks that you can't afford a professional designer. And I know because I'm in the design space that those options that people who have a budget of like $500 or even less have shitty fiber designers who are scamming them Etsy overused templates that are scammed too because they're just ripped out of Canva and then Canva logo templates which are overused by thousands and thousands of people, causing people to recede into a sea of people who look the exact same as them. And I honestly didn't have an answer for anyone who couldn't afford my three thousand plus dollar brand design package other than, sorry, I guess I can't help you. But being the person that I am, I would love to help people. And if I can produce a course that's only $97 and teaches people how to use.
