If you're a business owner and your logo looks anything like this, I'm going to tell you why it's detrimental to your brand. It does not matter if you think it's cute, if it's your personal style, if you love it, if it speaks to you. This logo has been recreated thousands and thousands and thousands of times. I cannot tell you how many people have a logo that looks identical to this. And therein lies the problem. This is not me saying it's a shitty design, even though I think it is. It's not about personal taste. It's not me saying I personally think this is ugly. I. Even though I do neither of those things matter, it's the fact that it's been reproduced so many times that now you are drowning in a pool of people who look the exact same as you. Let me tell you why that's a problem. There is nothing visually unique about you. So when people see this, they already think they know what they're looking at. Because so many people have this logo, they're probably following roughly three people. Every person's probably following roughly three people with the same exact logo. You know what that means? Anytime your videos pop up or your little emblem pops up, they're confusing you.
