If you are struggling to get new leads, I'm going to tell you about a client who had the exact same problem and we fixed it together. My client kept thinking that she just had to restructure her business plan over and over again. Every time it didn't work. She thought the business plan just needed to be adjusted because she didn't realize the problem wasn't her business plan or even her offers. It was her branding. She kept trying to show up as this stark, white collar, professional corporate person because she thought that's just how a business owner was supposed to be. But the people she wanted to attract were kind of like holistic, spiritual into that earthy magic. Those people are never going to be attracted to some stark white collar business type person. They are going to be attracted to someone who is more like them. And that's honestly how my client was as a person, authentically, when she was being herself. The problem was when she was trying to be the stark industry professional, she wasn't acting like herself. It was coming across inauthentic. But she thought she had to come across as this industry professional in order for people to take her seriously. The problem was nobody was taking her seriously because she was being inauthentic. She was not thinking at all about her target audience and how they would like to be spoken to. They don't want some stuff.
