In this solo coaching video, Fun Coach Tameka uses a Forrest Gump anecdote and a Coco Chanel quote to illustrate the power of simple, authentic motivation and the value of being different. She introduces a four‑step "Personal Asset Inventory" designed to help viewers identify what makes them unique. The inventory is organized into four categories: Body (skin, facial expressions, voice), Mind (word‑nerd passion, wisdom, vocabulary use), Personality (humor, emotional impact), and Skills (storytelling, video editing, facilitation). Tameka explains each category with personal examples, emphasizes not comparing oneself to others, and frames the exercise for families who have experienced trauma and parents of youth with ADHD. She concludes by inviting viewers to comment on their completed inventories, reinforcing community engagement and personal growth.

Hey y'all, Fun Coach Tameka here. Remember in the movie Forrest Gump when he was running across the world and reporters were running to try to catch up with him and they were asking him why he was doing it? Why are you doing this? Why are you doing this? Why are you doing this? His answer was simple. He said, I just felt like running. And they couldn't wrap their brains around this simple answer. This is a great lesson in life because when someone asks you why it is you do what you do, your answer should be just that simple. I just felt like running. Okay, so not saying that, but you, you catch my drift. So today we're going to talk about 4 ways To find out what makes you unique. Let's get into it. So our quote of the day is Coco Chanel says, in order to be irreplaceable, one must always be different. The great thing is every one of us have the potential to be irreplaceable. Because we're all different. Like, God is so amazing. He went through the trouble of making sure no one has the same fingerprints, even identical twins, right? Like, how cool is that? You can take my face, but you can't take my place. I remember a time when I was trying to figure out what make me unique, and I knew that I had the gift of speaking. So I was watching all of these other speakers, and they were just so amazing, and I would look at them and be like, oh, they are awesome. Oh, well, no wonder they have this because they're just— they got it going on. And every time I compared myself to their greatness, I felt inadequate. So rule number all of them, don't compare yourself to nobody. It's kind of a slap in God's face, okay? He went through all that trouble to make you unique, not for you to compare yourself to someone else, okay? So, and what I did to find my unique qualities, I created something that I call a personal asset inventory. Um, step number 1, the body. So what is it on your body, on your person, that you use uniquely to you that helps you communicate your message to the world? Right. So my message is for families who've experienced trauma, dysfunction, and parents of youth who have ADHD. Okay, that is who my message is for. So what do I use as it relates to my body? Well, I'm not a fitness instructor, so you don't need to see nothing but my face. Okay, and now, so now dealing with my face, there are things that I know that are unique to me. First, I have great skin. You know, I get complimented on my skin all the time. People even ask me to share my skincare routine with them. I'm just saying. And then when I share how old I am with people, they're just like, no, but it's true. So my skin That is one of my unique personal assets that I add on my inventory. Okay? And then, you know, because I'm super animated, like my eyes will light up, my facial expressions will be expressioning. So I add my facial expressions also to the list. And finally, my voice. I think I have a pretty great voice. Some of you would agree. Some of you may find it annoying. That's all right too. But I add my voice to the mix. So when on the body category, skin, facial expressions, and voice, that is what makes me unique in the body category. Next, let's talk about the mind. So I'm a word nerd. Love to learn about words. Love to use them. Love to define them, all of that good jazz. Words are my jam. And me being a speaker, I arrange the words in a way that helps you to understand. Okay, and then we're— okay, I'm a word nerd, I'm a speaker. Oh, wisdom. People tell me that they think that I'm wise for the way that I arrange Words. So I'm a word nerd, speaker. I use all of that to share my wisdom. Okay, so next, personality. When I share information, I'm funny. Maybe funny looking. Tomato, tomato. But people tell me I'm funny, right? I'm funny. I convey messages fast, and I make people feel something. You might feel admiration or annoyance. Either way, you're gonna feel something. And lastly, skill. So I use the skill of storytelling, video editing, and facilitation. So storytelling to share with you the stories that go along with the information that I'm sharing with you. Video editing, obviously, so it looks pretty cool. And facilitating the training, right? So all of those things together helps make me unique because all of them are combined things that I use to help get my message across. And if you go through the personal assets inventory, just like I showed you, you can do the same thing too. So thanks for joining me today. And if you've completed the personal asset inventory, drop a comment below and let me know what makes you unique. Until next time, bye! Bye!
