In this solo motivational monologue, Tami Holladay addresses the common feeling of being overwhelmed by work, family, and daily responsibilities, which often leaves people disconnected from their dreams and aspirations. She argues that without a clear vision or goal, individuals can feel stuck in routine. Holladay emphasizes the importance of intentionally carving out time—just ten minutes—to step back, visualize, and dream about both small and big aspirations, whether it’s a daily walk or starting a new business. By creating this mental space, listeners can reconnect with their inner longings, break free from self‑preservation mode, and gain momentum toward meaningful goals.
