I think a lot of times we have what I at the time called a role model business model mismatch, right? Where we say we want to be like Brené Brown.
Yeah, everybody wants to be Brené Brown. But do you?
But do you? Yeah, I mean, because the thing is, it's like, or like, I want to be an Adam Grant. I'm like, do you, like, do you know what that actually means? Because, because Adam, like, Brené, Adam, Amy, scholars still employed actively by their institution. Adam Grant at AOM was there with his PhD students. So he is like still doing studies, still doing research, helping other people with their research, in addition to writing things like Think Again, you know, all of those things, right? Like, so that's a huge amount of work, right? Mm-hmm. And again, that is a choice.
