A short, informal solo sketching/demo video in which the presenter does a quick, loose Sharpie sketch of an adaptive-reuse building in Brookline (the Domino Sugar refinery). The speaker mentions touring the building while it was under construction (an adaptive-reuse project converting an old sugar refinery into offices), notes having sketched it before and living nearby, and makes casual asides about shopping, ice cream, and a rainstorm.

Let's do some sketching. So tonight I think we're going to sketch a building I really, really love in Brookline. It's called. So I am starting with my favorite, good old Sharpie. We're going to keep this kind of quick and loose. So this is a building I got to take a tour of while it was under construction. Or I should say adaptive reuse. I was back there in April last year, had a tour of it. Really cool. So it was an old sugar refinery building that they're now converting into or has been converted into office spaces. I think the project's done now. Really interesting building. I've sketched it a few times. Live here. I just never get tired of it. What kind of ice cream are you having? Actually got some shopping today, and I guess. What? I forgot to get ice cream. What the. What the heck? You know? You know, I'm not feeling well if I'm forgetting. Buy ice cream. Good stuff. Same here. Now. Wicked rainstorm.
