Hey guys, how are you? It's Monday, April 27th. Just out for a walk and I just wanted to just log on, log on, sign in, I don't know what you call it, livestream, um, just for a minute or two as I'm out here walking. I hope you're having an amazing day. My dog is leading me all over the place, which is fine, you know, because this walk is not just about me, it's about Olivia also. And we're both out here just getting some fresh air, right? So hope you're having a great day. Did you do anything fun today or creative? That's good, that's cool. Always try to carve out a minute or two if you can Um, so I'm just gonna do a quick walk and talk. Nothing specific on my brain other than the fact that I am tired. I am really tired today. Um, and let's riff on that. Maybe sometimes I think, for me personally, I am so tired that I just want to use it as an excuse to do nothing. You know, I think a lot of us do that, right? After all, it's just simply part of being human, right? So I'm out here walking and I'm pushing myself today because I am tired and I really didn't want to come out and walk. But here's what motivated me: just being out here in nature and the sounds. That bonus time with my pup, and also just thinking about the future. You know, I want to, um, I want to be healthy, I want to get healthier, and walking is just an amazing way to do that. And you know, if I was home, I'd be probably sitting down and falling asleep. So sometimes I just use— I kind of future cast to put my mind in a state getting beyond the tiredness or sometimes laziness just to do things right. So don't be afraid to future cast and put a target out there, you know, a deadline, a destination, you know, something that just motivates you to get beyond that point. I probably am rambling like always, but hey, you know what, That's what we do. We also have a shaky camera cuz I don't have my gimbal. All right, group says hello in the chats if you want. Always great seeing you guys. Let's hope we don't see any bears while we're walking, especially now it's getting kind of dark out here. Yeah, so just knowing that I'm out here doing something good for my body and brain is— and my pup, right? My pup doesn't— she doesn't want to be in the house all day. She wants to get out, get fresh air. So it's like a win-win-win. So sometimes you got to frame that win-win-win and remind us ourselves of the outcome, the positive outcome of things. But also remember, there is a time of rest, and our bodies do need that as well. Just gotta pay attention to yourself, listen to your own signals, and follow your heart, right? Trying to get deep. Is it, is it working? There's a stream over here, but my pup Doesn't want to move too far. So as you're watching this, please give me a thumbs up, subscribe to my YouTube channel if you like this kind of stuff. Also, especially architecture, architectural sketching. Um, I love livestream sketching, so maybe I'll be on tonight around 9 PM Eastern time doing some sketching. Yeah, and I love positivity and motivation, so definitely please check out my YouTube channel. Like, subscribe, all that fun social media jazz. I just like— look at the wandering paths, right? Isn't it fun to look at wandering paths and just imagine where they go, explore them? That was one of the cool things we did while we were in on our trip to Spain and Italy. Barcelona has a really cool Gothic Quarter that has these narrow winding medieval-like streets. And it was fun to kind of wander and get lost a little bit. And getting lost sometimes is a process of self-discovery because wandering around these streets, you don't know where you're going. Obviously with safety. First. It was very, very safe, but just kind of not knowing your bearings, your direction, takes a little bit of courage to do that. I know these walkways pretty well, so I know where we're headed right now. But sometimes, you know, there was a first time I came out here and walked, I didn't know where I was going and I didn't know what I would encounter, so I had to build up a little bit of courage and confidence. Same thing with going to New York City on my own the very first time was so scary. So, so scary, but I did it. And the first time going to New York City and going to the ferry by myself, I did it. Sometimes you just got to dig deep and try things. I have not done the subway yet. Maybe that's my next thing in the city. Again, always think of safety first though. Awesome. Feel free to say hello in the chat, ask some questions. We're— I'm doing a spin move as the leash got wrapped around me here. Who doesn't love the energy and enthusiasm of a little pup. She's awesome. It's amazing how Olivia has changed, has changed our household. I mean, the power of having a pet, um, is incredible. She has shifted our household in so many positive ways. It's, it's been incredible. I'm so thankful. And if you're just joining, thanks guys. I'm just doing a little quick walk and talk, nothing planned, just want to riff a little bit. Um, I do post these on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram as well. I take snippets from walks, go check those out. I will start bringing a gimbal with me so I have a nice steady picture. I just gotta really literally throw it in my car and I just don't think about it until I'm walking. I do like to stop here and look at the reflection. Livy, Livy, let's look up here for a sec. Good girl. I love the reflection of that tree in the water, that bendy tree. Isn't that awesome? Screenshot. Love, love that. So fun. Thank you. She stopped. That's awesome. Usually Olivia leads the way, but she actually stopped for me. How kind was that? All right guys, hey, I see a thumbs up. Thank you so much. Please hit that thumbs up, I would love that if you're watching. Thumbs up, like, subscribe, follow me on YouTube. Let's keep growing this channel. Please go back, watch some videos, check out some of my architecture sketches. They're so fun. We have a great community that comes in and chats during the live streams. Um, yeah, it's just so fun to be able to connect in a positive way. Using technology. It's, it's really mind-blowing if you think about how, how, you know, social media can bring people together. And that's what I use it for, just positive vibes only. And sorry for the bouncy camera, guys. I think we're gonna wrap in a minute. If you have any questions, comments, please let me know. I do appreciate your time. We'll just hanging and talking and walking with y'all. I just— y'all, I'm not— yeah, I don't know what I'm saying. So tired. We'll go back to the beginning if you missed it where I talked about being tired and just kind of pushing yourself a little bit to go to that next level. Whatever the next level is for you. It's okay to be tired. It's part of life, guys. It's just part of simply being human. Until we chat again, sketch boldly, live creatively, and inspire endlessly.
