In this October 19, 2026, live‑streamed walk, Jason Nicholas takes viewers on an informal evening stroll through a wooded area he calls “Bunny Alley,” hoping to spot rabbits. He narrates the autumn landscape, the early darkness, and the moon, while engaging with chat participants (Jen, Ben, Alapato) and asking about favorite seasons. Jason reflects on the mental and physical benefits of getting fresh air, especially compared to his indoor teaching job lacking natural light. He celebrates his rescue dog Olivia’s fourth birthday, recounts how adopting her three years ago transformed his life by encouraging outdoor activity and providing companionship. Throughout the walk, he acknowledges the lack of bunny sightings, shares observations of trees, grasses, and occasional wildlife, and mentions logistical concerns about upcoming trips to New York City. He wraps up by thanking viewers, encouraging likes and subscriptions, and teasing a possible sketch‑drawing livestream later that night, ending with a mantra to “embrace imperfect, be yourself, sketch boldly, and live creatively.”

Hey, it's Monday, October 19th, 2026. I'm out just taking a walk here, and, uh, maybe we take a quick walk and see if we can spot any bunnies. Hope you're doing good today. Nice fall night out here. I love the way the sun is kind of just shining Lighting up the hillside back there. It looks really cool. Yeah, so just join me for too long, a few minutes. We'll take a quick stroll, and we're gonna head down to Bunny Alley way out. And I thought I'd we'd walk together on the way out tonight. So let's go down the hill. See if we can find any. All right, we'll head down here, then we'll turn around. I love the fall. The only thing I don't like about it is it gets dark so dang early. My schedule's all messed up with dinner and walking and That's okay. We'll figure it out. All right, let's see. So our best bet will be if we kind of look at the other side as we're walking out. So usually down on this side here. We'll see what we can see. Also, the falls might be throwing off my bunny spotting schedule. I don't know what time these guys are on, but we'll find out. I'm not sure. Nothing yet. So they like to hide in here in these areas. Let me see if I can find a tunnel or entryway. Kind of one like right in here. Like I said, I don't know what time schedule the bunnies are on with the fall here. It gets dark. Way early now. I could be late to see them. It's all good. My goal is just to get out, get some fresh air, get some steps in, and say hello. Hey, Jen, good to see you. Hope all's well. Long time no see. I hope you're doing well. I just love the leaves changing here. Check out this and the moon. We'll go over here. You guys see the moon up here? Pretty awesome. I haven't been walking as much the past week or so. I've been feeling good, but I wanted to get out today. I missed it. I always feel guilty when I don't get some fresh air walking time. There's just something about being outside and moving around. I don't know, it just does something to me, to my brain, to my body. All like positive stuff. Even though I move all It's just being outside is takes it up so much higher. Hope you guys are well. Let me know, what is your favorite season? Do you like fall, winter, spring, summer? Ben says I'm great. Good. I'm so glad you're great, Jen. Missing out on the other live streams a little bit. Just schedule's kind of crazy. Hope you're doing well. Glad you're great. I'm doing good too. I've just been so busy with school. I have some architectural projects which I am loving working on. So no complaints here. Just one. Busy dude. And today is my pup's 4th birthday, so he's 14— not 14, 4 today. That's kind of cool. I'm not seeing any bunnies, guys. A guy. I saw a guy walking. Fall and spring, good choices. I'm a fall guy. Love the fall, the crisp weather, changing leaves, maybe even a flurry or two. Hey, Alapato, hello, how are you? Jen says happy birthday, Olivia. Yeah, we've had Olivia for 3-ish years. And she's 4 today, so I'd say that one of the best things we've done in the past 3-ish years was getting— was adopting Olivia. She's a rescue dog. She was down in Louisiana at some point in time and made her way up to New Jersey, and we were fortunate enough to cross paths. An animal rescue place, and let me just tell you: having a pup has really changed our lives in so many positive ways. One of them being getting us outside more, getting some exercise. Anybody that has a pet, you understand that magic having a pet can bring into your life. It's really special, and. Just cherish. I mean, if you have a pet, cherish that that animal. I mean, yeah, like I said, life-changing for sure. Olivia, it's okay, John. It's Olivia. No worries, guys. I am. We're not seeing any bunnies, but we're gonna head down the hill. There's one other last place that is usually reliable, but I think my timing is off today. I'll also show you— let me show you some trees and just how beautiful it's starting to look up here. Thanks for joining me on this walk today. No gimbal, just me holding the phone in my hand. I know it's shaky. Hey, what do I always say? Embrace imperfect. Be yourself. That's the best thing in life. Just kind of don't put on a show. Just be you. All right, cool. I'm gonna come over here. You guys can see these leaves kind of changing. Maybe it's too dark on camera. I'm not sure, but I'll pan around. Sorry if it's too dark, guys. I love this view here. Minus the porta-john, which could be in so many other non-visible locations, but that's another conversation. Yeah, check out that view. It's just beautiful. The colors. I love the high grasses growing here. The leaves in the distance. Got the moon actually happening as well. And the sounds. Pretty cool, right? All right, we're gonna walk down the hill here. This is the last chance to possibly find a bunny. So far we've seen none today. Zero. Had one sighting today. Let's go down the hill. Let's see how many people— 4 people. Hello everybody watching, I appreciate you and your time so, so much. So we went down Bunny Alley, no luck down there. Let's go down this way, kind of head down towards where I parked. So, usually a good chance of seeing some bunnies up in this area here. So let's check out this clearing. See. Thank you for the thumbs up. You're watching this live or the replay, hit that thumbs up for me. Maybe, maybe New York City Saturday if I go do some live streaming. I have to figure out about getting to the city now that they're doing a huge remodeling expansion of Port Authority bus terminal. So I don't know what it's doing to the bus schedules. You can kind of look at the sky back there, guys. You can kind of see the pink. The sunset in that sky. We'll get a better view. All right, I don't think we have any bunnies today, guys. A bunny-free walk, but nonetheless a beautiful walk. Feel free to ask any questions as I wrap up. Walk down this path a little bit further. How great to get outside and walk today, man. I love teaching, but being in a classroom all day, especially a classroom that doesn't have windows, kind of sucks. I miss having that. Natural light coming into my room, so I appreciate being outside even more. Let's see. Well, a bird sighting there. Nothing. Sometimes I spot deer down here as well. I don't even see no deer there tonight. All right, thanks for taking this quick walk with me tonight. We'll try it again. Maybe we'll see some bunnies later this week. I might be livestream sketching tonight, so if you see me pop up, or subscribe and follow me, hit that notification bell. Maybe I'll do some sketching livestreaming tonight. I haven't sketched probably in a week or so live, so that could be kind of cool to do. Till we meet again, sketch boldly, live creatively, and embrace the chaos.
