Sketching is powerful. It is a powerful tool. There are so many benefits, just positive mental benefits and mindset benefits and confidence building benefits and what's cool. You don't have to be perfect. My sketches aren't perfect. They're wonky, they're crooked, they're loose, sketchy. And that's a big mindset shift. Sometimes we feel like we need to be perfect. We want to use a ruler, draw precise lines, and that's cool if you like doing that. I don't have time. I just got to get stuff out of here, out of my head, onto paper.
