Sunday Sketching

Jason Nicholas sketches a cathedral in Toledo with acrylic markers and pens, prioritizing emotion over accuracy. He chats with regulars like Becky and Gigi, announces sketching workshops at Stationery Fest in Brooklyn on August 1, and shares a story about losing a green jacket.

Hey, it's, uh, Sunday, April 26th, 2026. I'm Jason Nicholas Nicholas with the Inkspired Life, where I love sketching architecture, love creative things, creativity. I love motivation, personal growth, all that fun positive stuff. So hang with me for— it's gonna be a short stream. I'm gonna actually set a timer for like 20 minutes. Um, join me, I'm gonna do some sketching tonight. We're gonna start off with a sketch inspired by my recent trip to Spain. Yeah, and a beautiful city called Toledo, which is like a hilltop, a hilltop town. Um, and here's my reference picture. This is what I'm going to be working from tonight, and this is going to be a real quick sketch, so just, uh, one of the pictures I took in Toledo. So it'll be fun to open up my Lockbee field journal and let's do some sketching. I think, I think we're gonna break out maybe red and there's a brown pen. We'll see. So how are you doing today? I hope you had a great day. Did you do anything fun? That's awesome, that's awesome. Were you able just to maybe chill or hang out or catch up on some stuff? Yeah, right, I know it. I know we feel like sometimes we're just getting caught up on things and Monday is upon us. So, um, it's all good, guys, it's all good. It's just part of who we are, it's part of simply being human. There's always stuff to do, so that's why it's important to make take some time, just carve out at least a few minutes a day to do something you love doing. And for me, that is sketching. I didn't sketch at all yet today, so let's do some sketching right now. This was a cool one we did recently, inspired by the Ponte Vecchio in, uh, Florence. Florence Ponte Vecchio Bridge, really cool. Here we go. So if you're just, um, joining me for the first time, my, my sketching, guys, is not about I am not about perfection. I am— I sketch fast, loose, quick architecture. It's just my style. It's what I love doing. It's fast, it's wonky, it's, it's, it's me. It's like I'm not trying to replicate what I'm seeing, like a copy, um, or like a photograph. I'm just really going for a vibe that I feel when I'm sketching something, and sometimes that vibe comes out as different colors, um, just quick, loose, wonky lines a lot of times. And that's okay, right? I mean, we all capture things we see in different ways. It's part of just processing the world around us. And I love taking photographs, so I, I photograph, you know, buildings and architecture for detail, but I sketch for me, for memory, for emotion, for just capturing the spirit of a place. Toledo is a beautiful— it's just a beautiful town up in the hills. A lot of up and down as you're walking. Um, just a really beautiful, fascinating place. I believe the building I'm sketching here, this is part of the, um Oh man, there's a cathedral, there's a church. I can't remember the exact name. It's something like the Church of the Primate, or— I'm sorry, I'm drawing a blank on the name right now. No pun intended about the drawing part. Hey, Jen Claus, great to see you. Hope all's well on the YouTube. Always great, great seeing you. I know I just recently saw you, so it's good to see you again. Thanks for popping on. I know you are a busy, busy person, and, um, thanks just for sharing some of your time. It's always appreciated. I hope you're doing well. Oh, I forgot to set my timer, guys. I was— I'm only gonna be on for 20 minutes, so it's 9:23. Let's say we started 9:20, so like 9:40 I'm wrapping tonight. I have, uh, school tomorrow, busy day. I need my beauty rest. I need a lot of beauty rest. I need like infinity beauty rest. Um, yeah, I'm beautiful on the inside, guys. We're all beautiful in our own special way. It's— you have to learn to appreciate yourselves for, you know, to find something about yourself that you appreciate. It's not always easy to do. I'm guilty. Guilty of it, but there's something positive, something good inside all of us. Some of us have beautiful hearts and souls, and some of us are beautiful physically, mentally, spiritually. Cool. I'm liking the sketch. I like the angle. I love the angle that this is at. It's pretty cool. Hey, Ripley's on! Ripley, good to see you again. Oh, Ripley's coming over to YouTube. Becky, good to see you! Hope all's well. Always great seeing you. X123, I see you switched from Insta to YouTube. Thanks for joining, so cool to see you. Thanks guys for popping on. I love, love seeing you all in the chat. Becky, how the heck are you? I hope you're well, my friend. Becky. Becky isn't— is an OG, man. Is that the expression, OG? Becky has— Becky has been following me and watching my stuff for a year. I don't want to sound like old, but I don't know, 5 years maybe. I forget the time, but thank you for hanging all this time, and, uh, you're awesome. All right, cool. So we're done. So I feel like using some red. We're going to keep it simple, I think. Just go with brown and maybe some red. I'm going to zoom in closer. Let's zoom, zoom, zoom, right? So yeah, let me go back to what I was saying, saying about beauty, right? We all have something beautiful about us. Sometimes we're too hard on ourselves and we, we put ourselves down, and we need to stop doing that. It's so much easier to be negative than positive. I don't know why, but let's try to change that around, guys. I'm listening— I love this playlist, by the way. Here's what I'm listening to tonight. Let me show you guys. I'm just listening to— it's called '90s Road Trip.' Can you see that there? '90s Road Trip on Spotify. And now we have Dido playing. I love it. Haven't heard this song in a long time. Yes. GGNYC, awesome to see you too. Wait, what's it over? GGNY, good to see you. See what I did there? GGNYC. You. Yeah, I know it's been a long day. A long day, but a good day. Although Sunday— I wish every Sunday I say the same thing. I always wish I could rewind the clock back to Saturday but keep all the progress I made over the weekend. Things I got done, I wish stayed done. But go back to Saturday just to buy more time. I need, I need 3-day weekends. I don't know about you guys, but I need 1 day to do nothing, to rest, catch up, catch my breath from a busy week at school. I need 1 day just to get stuff done, like life stuff. So rest, get stuff done, and then one day do a mix of whatever, like go to NYC, which I was in New York City yesterday, and I just, I love going into New York City, as you guys know. But when I go to the city, I'm not home getting stuff done. See what I'm saying? Am I asking too much? Any of you guys have connections to kind of kind of get like a, like a 3-day weekend type thing for us. I'm liking the look of the red pen and the brown. This is really cool, actually. This is a nice song. I forgot about this one. Tim, good to see you. Hope all is well. Becky says, got to be 5 or 6 years. Maybe 2020 is when I started, when we started doing the live streams. That's— that could be right, Becky. Yeah, Becky, and I appreciate you watching, sticking through all these years. Becky is a— Becky is a good artist, guys. Becky, I love the way Becky draws trees, um, and horses. And whenever I think of your work, Becky, I always think of, uh, and you know what I'm gonna say, a children's book. You— your illustrations are They're just so suited for like children's books. They're just so cool. Dang, this is a good— this is a good playlist. I need this list in my life. All right. So again, I'm just sketching a view from, uh, in Toledo, Spain, of just a street view I captured. I believe this is the front of a church there. I think it's called the Primate Church, and it's kind of a weird, weird name, but I didn't— did not see any monkeys around. We drink some tea here. 10 more minutes. Um, never enough time as we get older, more responsibilities await us. Yeah, so Gigi, here's the thing, there's always responsibilities in life. We're always going to have them. That's why it's really important for us to carve out a few minutes each day for us, like us time, you know what I'm saying? Time for you to do something that you want to do for you. How many times did I just say you into that sentence? I have no idea. Otherwise, you know, there's always, always, always stuff to do. So that's why this is really important for me, the sketching practice. It's my thing, my jam. I love it, and I'm always trying to carve out time, and I love coming online and sharing that time with you. It's very bien. It's very bien. All right, what should we do? Let's throw one more color on here. I like that orange I found, that Creative Marker orange. Where the heck is that bad boy? Where are you? Why am I talking to my markers? Um, where is it? Come on, don't do this to me. It's in here, it's in here. Yes. Oh, you know what else? Hold on, hold on. All right, I was going to keep this simple, but we're in that state of flow right now. I, I like some of these highlighter colors. If you didn't see me use these, here, let me show you. I did it on the Ponte Vecchio sketch. I just kind of like some of these soft highlighter colors on the Ponte Vecchio. So let's, let's just bring a little life to this. Let's look. This is looking— this looks like a haunted house to me. It's like a— has a gothic vibe to it. It is a gothic cathedral or church, so Let's just do it, guys. Let's break out some of these colors. I bought, I bought us, I bought a mini, um, piece of art when I was in Rome. I don't know where I'm thinking about it because I have this brochure here, but I don't know where the heck I put it. Hey, in the chat, let me know, do you want to hear an update on my green jacket? You know the green jacket story? Let me know, let me know if you want to update. If not, that's okay. Whatever happened to this singer, Rob Thomas? Who was it? Matchbox 20? I don't even know, are they still around? Go with the flow, Jason Nicholas Nicholas. Florence is my favorite Italian city. Oh, Becky, that's awesome. Trying to find time to go to down, down to Boston Museum of Fine But take 2. Trying to find time to go down to Boston Museum of Fine Arts. That sounds fine. My niece is graduating, I think tomorrow. Uh, she goes to college in Boston. She's graduating with an engineering degree. I am so, so, so proud of her. Uh, which reminds me, there I have a link to the livestream. I gotta find that. But yeah, I have never been to Boston. Can you believe it? The missing jacket! Yes, the missing jacket! Let's do it. All right, I caved in, guys. I caved in. I never found the jacket. It's been a month. I I still have no idea. I can't fathom. I can't fathom how I lost a whole jacket, and I would only have taken it off home or at school. And it was like a, um, what do you call it, like a, like a sport coat jacket thing. I wear, I wear them in school. Once in a while. But anyway, I gave up, I caved in, and I went on Amazon and I bought a quote-unquote replacement. It's very similar but not exactly the same. Um, I don't have it here or I'd show you guys. It's in the other room. But yeah, so sad that I— I'm more disappointed in myself that I lost an entire jacket. It is so crazy. I need blue. Let's bring out some blue. No, I want a dark blue. Um, oh no, the cap is the wrong cap on there. So yeah, so I end up buying a new jacket. Hmm, blue Sharpie, blue Sharpie. All right, we'll use this. This isn't what I wanted, but we'll use it. We're in the flow. No, I rarely will do that. I'll rarely pick up a color and throw it down, but purple is screaming at me. It's been screaming at me lately. So yeah, sometimes in life we just gotta cave in. Give into things and buy a replacement jacket. You can see why I picked up the purple. It, it just makes a huge difference, right? Check out the purple accents on here. Maybe it's under my bed. Hmm. Becky— I mean, uh, not Becky, Gigi said that. Gigi. Maybe, just maybe, I will have to check that out. Hmm, now you got me thinking. How could a jacket end up under the bed? I have no idea. Hmm, cool, right? I like this sketch. Hey, DB's in the house! DB, I see you over on the Facebook. You and Becky, two of my OG Inklings. I haven't said that in a while. Yeah, people, uh, on Facebook, I, I— people that follow me on Facebook are the Inklings, and I, I can't live stream to my, um, my Inkling page, Facebook page. So I've been live streaming to my personal Facebook page, which— Becky and DB, let me know if I'm wrong, but I think you're seeing my— seeing me on my personal Facebook page. I don't know why I'm not— every time I try to stream from my, um, Inspired Life Facebook page, it crashes. So I don't know what is up with that jam. And speaking of jam, I want to use green. I want to use green. Green just popped into my head. Not any green, I want to use like a lime green. So let's just go with, let's say, let's try one of these maybe. Guys, let me know if there's any— if any questions or comments. I'd love to hear from you. This is a Muji pen. Muji's such a cool store in NYC. I'm sure they're all over, but that's the only place I've been to a Muji. Um, so cool. Let me know if you guys want to join me shopping in Muji sometimes. Sometime I just feel like throwing some green on here. I still want to do a kind of a get-together and kind of sketching in NYC. I'd like to do a workshop, like a paid workshop, but I also like to get together with some of you guys and just— we can just hang, go to some, some NYC places. Yeah, it'd be fun, right? I think this green really goes well with the colors on here. Um, I needed that pop of freshness, which I usually use yellow to get, whether it's a neon yellow pencil or if I dig into my watercolors, I have— I call it lemon yellow. I don't know exactly what it is. Not lemoncello, lemon yellow. Um, but this lime green has the same kind of pop of freshness, right? Think of cooking, putting some lime or some lemon, you get that, that kind of the zest that freshness. Um, I made black beans and rice tonight, and I love making black beans. Um, and in it I didn't have lime. I usually put lime in the black bean mixture, but I had lemon juice, so I put some lemon juice in there, and it worked. It took it up a level and that little acidity and that freshness to it. Um, it was actually really good. So I love making black beans and rice, and that I learned from my Cuban friends in Miami. Check that out. You guys like that green? I think that green just really popped this. This is a nice little sketch. Yeah, an Inklings reunion would be amazing. We should— yeah, I'd love to host a class. Yeah, Linda's on. Linda, good to see you. Chartreuse. So you know what, I had my chartreuse on standby right in here. You know me, and I know you like green. So DB is our Payne's Gray person, Linda is our green person. Do you, you and your sketching friends get together every you're somewhere in the States? Great question, Gigi. Um, no, no, but we do, uh, we, we have done Zooms in the past. I haven't done any in a while, but we would do Zooms, um, get together and just get to hang out on a Zoom. I've taught workshops on Zoom, which DB and Linda Tim and Becky have all been part of the workshops and also just part of the hangout Zooms as well. But my goal is this year to host a get-together, a workshop in New York City, and I'm thinking the Rock Center area. You know, we'll do some sketching around Rockefeller Center or even Bryant Park. So that is a— that's a goal I have for this summer. So stay tuned if anybody's interested. Um, maybe two versions, a kind of a free hangout one and then some kind of a paid, more instructional, you know, kind of day workshop. Great question, Gigi. I love it, love it, love it. I've only been to JFK. It would actually be nice to actually spend some time in NYC. I've been to JFK Airport. Yeah, I'd love to meet up with you guys in New York City. Let me— I don't know everything about the place, I'm always exploring, but the areas I go to all the time I know about and they're pretty cool. Tim says Jason has a great community. Oh, thanks, you guys are awesome sauce. Oh, you guys are so cool. All right, we're gonna wrap this one up, I think, in a minute. I'm gonna let— I'm gonna let you guys have the last decision on this sketch, so I'm going to ask you to put in the comments your answer to this question. I'm going to show a color, and some of you guys might know the color I'm going to take out here. Should I add some Reflex Rose on this sketch? So this is like a neon pink. Let me know in the chat, just put yes or no. Should I add some Reflex Rose as the last thing we do on this sketch? Yeah, Bryant Park. Perfect. Get lunch or something. Yeah, Bryant Park is— I love Bryant Park. That's awesome. So GG, I hope you are down for meeting up. That would be so cool. Blue? Incorrect, Tim, but a good try. And here's the marker I was looking for before. But anyway, no pink. Jen says yes. Jen, just for you. I'm gonna put this down here. Alrighty then, let's do it. Why did I— I have not watched Jason Chura lately, so I don't know why I said alrighty then. Okay, all right, let's do it. Let's throw some pink on here. Let me get I gotta really clean my brush as well, but that's all right. If I can't open it, do it, go for it, you guys. I love your enthusiasm. This is so fun. Welcome to Enthusiasm 101, where everybody out in the chat is 101% enthusiastic. Here's your ASMR— what did I just say? ASMR for the night. Oh my God, I can't talk. Let's ink intensify it. We're ink-tensifying it here, throwing a little bit more color on top of color. And I can't get the cap on. There we go, just got the cap on. Mm, I like it. I like that pink. All right. One more wrap-up song and then I'm out of here. I need a good wrap-up song. I don't know, anybody have a good wrap-up song for me? I'm putting on Metallica, Turn the Page. It's kind of a good wrap-up song for the night. Acrylic ink? Yeah, so this is acrylic ink. This is acrylic ink I'm using right now. I should use my bamboo brush. All right, cool. Like the pink. All right guys, this one I think is done. I really like it. Here's how it came out. I kind of like it at an angle, kind of fun. We sometimes— we think we always need to sketch buildings perfectly horizontal, vertical. Heck no, you can sketch them at angles. Why not? Think about New York City. You're walking around and you look up, you're looking up at the buildings, you're gonna see it, you're gonna see, uh, the perspective of those buildings merging and the angles coming together, right? So don't be afraid to look at your world in new and curious ways, right? Oh, I almost spilled my water. That would have been horrible. All right, and then, uh, this one's last show and tell. We'll close with this. This was my Central Park sketch— Grand Central Terminal sketch. From yesterday, and the reason I opened it up is because it needs some neon pink. But this— yeah, this was a sketch I did. I did most of it in, um, on location. I did add some stuff when I came home. But most of it was sketched there in person, which was really a fun experience, trying to juggle holding the sketchbook, grabbing markers out of my pocket while I was leaning against the wall. Um, it was fun, it was really fun. I think this pink, I just wanted to It just needs that little burst of energy here. There we go. Yeah, it's very cool. Like it. Jen, have a great night. Good seeing you. Take care. I appreciate you so much. Thank you so much. I always appreciate you. Have a great, great night. Have a great Monday. Gigi says that's a great song. Hey, thanks Gigi. It is a great song. I love it. I love it, love it, love it. All right, even if there's any last questions or comments, guys, I always appreciate all watching so, so much. And I am over by, what, 10 minutes? I am looking for— I want to pull this arch out. It has to be darker. Purple. Do I want to purple it? You know what, I'm just going to purple a little bit of it just to pull the arch out. There we go. I just wanted to pull that purple out, and I got to put this down before I get too carried away. Hey, give me a like, gang! Thank you so much. Yeah, I would love that. If you guys are watching, please give me a thumbs up, share this out there. If you haven't subscribed and you like what you're seeing, please subscribe on YouTube, follow me on Facebook. Follow me on Instagram as well. I need 1,000 subscribers on Instagram so I can live stream directly on Instagram. I was trying to live stream today on my walk to Instagram and it said, nope, you can't do it, sir, because you don't have 1,000 followers on Instagram, which is hard to believe. I've been on Instagram for a long time. So anyway, yeah, um, one of these days we'll livestream on Insta. I mean, with my phone. I could do it here with the software, but that's getting technical and we don't want to hear technical stuff on a Sunday night when it's 9:54 PM. We all need to get to bed, get a good night's sleep. Yeah, on Instagram, GG. So, uh, here, let me show you. Let me show you guys what I'm talking about. So let's say I want to livestream on Instagram, right? So I'm going to go plus and then live. Boom. And here's what happens. I hit live, hit the button, it's like, my profile is no longer eligible for live. Only public profiles with 1,000 followers or more can create live videos. Private profiles can't go live on public. So that's the issue I'm having with Instagram, but I am live streaming through my Ecamm software right now, but it's just taking my phone with me. How many followers do I have? Where do I see that? Let's see. Yeah, so on Instagram I'm only at, uh, Look, my number of posts are like 5, like 6 times more than my followers. Isn't that crazy? I have over 3,600 posts and 648 followers. Again, it's not always about the numbers, it was just curious. Yeah, so GG, yes, so I can livestream these sketch sessions through my Ecamm software. I just can't livestream, um, from my Instagram phone app, so I need 1,000 subscribers to livestream from my phone app. I hope that makes sense. It is kind of confusing, but thank you for checking. Becky said I should get on Instagram. Yeah, Becky, that'd be great. Um, TikTok, so I Let me see. I think I can livestream, livestream on TikTok. Let me see, guys. I'm gonna see if I can go live on TikTok. Oh, it says— all right, I'm just gonna go live. It says Monday, but it's not Monday, so I am live on TikTok right now. So if you guys are on TikTok, go check me out. Um, hey there, TikTok world, how are you? Jason here with the Inkspired Life. I am I'm testing out my TikTok Live on my phone to see if it works, and it's working. You can see here's a sketch of Grand Central that I did yesterday. I'm actually live streaming here on YouTube and Facebook as well, but I didn't want to leave the TikToker peeps out. So hello, TikTokers. Is that what we call TikTok viewers? TikTokers? I don't know, but, um Let's hang out on TikTok and watch the wrap-up session. So here's a sketch we did tonight, and if you're on TikTok, please be sure to like this, follow me, all that fun social jazz. And you guys at home there, hi! This is fun. This is kind of interesting. I'm live streaming, multi-live streaming. Um, so on TikTok, hey guys, this is, this is the sketch I created tonight based on, um a picture I took when I was in Toledo, Spain. So pretty cool, right? So Yandi, Yandi, if that's you on TikTok, how the heck are you? Oh my gosh, long time, Yandi. Ashley Photo, great to see you. Hey, Ashley Photo joined us on Instagram. Always good seeing you. Welcome to the live stream. Oh, I just keep art pictures there. Yeah, Linda, so Instagram is a great place for just posting artwork, and that's pretty much, um, what I do. But I, I am live streaming there just to build an audience. Uh, Antonio, good to see you. Frida S just joined on TikTok. Hey, TikTok people, I'm just doing a quick show and tell of what I was sketching live. TikTokers, come follow me on, on YouTube and/or Instagram. You can find me on YouTube at The Inkspired Life. We got people watching there, a little chat going on. And also over on Instagram, you can follow me there too. Uh, I see G Baby on TikTok. Good to see you, hope you're doing well. I— guys, I don't know how this TikTok livestream works. How am I doing? A good job? I'm literally— well, we're kind of— we're doing this I'm live streaming. Oh, that's my arm. I'm live streaming here and here. Um, this has been so cool. Gigi, I think I see you on the TikTok. Good to see you. All right guys, let me know if you have any final questions. What do you think of tonight's sketch? Is it cool? I like it, but I think I like the Ponte Vecchio bridge more. So this is the Ponte Vecchio bridge in Florence. Um, kind of a quick loosey-goosey sketch. I like the vibe of it. Hey, I see some of you guys on TikTok. Thank you for joining. There's a lot of people joining on TikTok. This is interesting. Hey, TikTok people, let me know in the comments. Can you comment? I don't know, I'm new to TikTok here, live streaming. If you can comment, let me know, would you like me to do live streams on TikTok? That'd be so fun. Glad to see so much volume tonight. Yeah, um, guys, let's do a quick show and tell of my New York City sketchbook. If you have to leave, I get it. I'm sorry, everybody. Let's do a little walkthrough. All right, so this project is coming along. This is the 2027 calendar I'm working on, um, all New York City inspired sketches. So the Brooklyn Bridge we have. I don't know what month these will be in or which order. That'll be interesting to figure out how to do that. The Oculus building. I see Jennifer JC over on Instagram. Annette, hey Instagram— I mean TikTok people. This is the Copper Building. Did I say 2021? Oh my gosh, 2027 calendar. I am so tired. I will be selling— these will be coming out as prints. I'm just trying for how to print them. My printer kind of sucks. I need recommendations for a good artist printer, so if anybody has any recommendations, please let me know. Something I could print at home. St. Patrick's Cathedral, Lincoln Center— that way, that's one of my faves. The Manhattan Bridge. Hey, thank you guys for joining on TikTok and my YouTubers and Instagrammers and Facebookers. GG says I'm getting famous. I know, GG. Should I start charging? Like, should I like sell autographs? No, I am just kidding, just kidding. I'm not here to be famous, I'm here to be me. I just want to share positivity through creativity. That's my mission, guys. Um, this is Grand Central Terminal. You guys all should be able to identify this one. Put in the chat if you know which building this is. Empire State Building, of course. Boom! The Chrysler. The Chrysler. One World Trade Center. I love, I love, uh, One World Trade. I love all these buildings. The Guggenheim Museum, designed by the infamous Frank Lloyd Wright. So if any of my students or former students are watching, I hope you could identify this building. That would be awesome. Grand Central Terminal. I love this one. This might be my fave in the whole sketchbook. Again, look for these, uh, coming out 2027 calendar. I'm also going to be teaching a workshop on August 1st at Stationery Fest in Brooklyn in Indus— Industry City. Does that sound right, my New York peeps? August 1st, I have a— I don't think the tickets are for sale yet through Stationery Fest, but stay tuned if you want to learn how to do loose style New York City sketching, building sketching. Uh, it'll be a really fun workshop August 1st in Brooklyn at Stationery Fest. More information coming soon on that. Make sure you follow me, DM me, subscribe, blah blah blah blah blah blah, so you can, uh, stay up to date. I'm not announcing these buildings. Oh, this is the Unisphere. It was a World's Fair, World's Exposition exhibit, and they left some of the remnants there in Flushing Meadows, Queens. The Met. If you guys have not been to the Met Museum in New York City, please try to get there at some point in your life. I know, and I'm sorry, I know I'm very lucky to be able to get to NYC because I'm pretty close to it, but the Met is an incredible museum. Wow. Metropolitan Museum. Another Grand Central. I just sketched this one live yesterday while I was at Grand Central Terminal. And then another— I love Central Park. Here's a bridge in Central Park. Pretty cool, right? Becky says, are these acrylic marker over acrylic paint? Yeah, so let's zoom in on some details. Let's go to, um, let's find a good one here. Let's just do the Guggenheim. So yeah, the— this is acrylic paint in the background, and these are Creative acrylic markers. Um, some of these also have colored pencil on them. So yes, it is acrylic on acrylic. And what I do is— do I have a blank one here? I do. So this is how they start. Let me know in the chat or comments, guys. Let me know, do you want to see the process of how I create these from start to finish on a future live stream? Just put in the chat yes or no, or say yes, live stream, future live stream. I'll walk you through my steps of how I create these sketches. This is something new I started this year and I am loving it. But this is just an acrylic abstract background acrylic paint, and then I layered on top of it. So hopefully that answers your question, Becky. D-Ray's in the house! D-Ray, oh my gosh, great to see you! How are you? Thank you so much. And I'll zoom in, you can see just some of the stuff a little closer. Hello, TikTok people! Love that you're on TikTok.
