Hey, how's it going today? Hope you're having a great, great day. I'm just out taking our after-dinner walk and loving it. It's just great to get some fresh air and be out amongst the nature. Um, yeah, love it. So as I'm walking today, I'm just— what do we want to riff on? Hmm, good question. I don't know, nothing's coming to my brain and That's an okay thing. Maybe we'll riff on that. Um, as a creative, my brain's always going, and if I don't have ideas in there, it feels really weird. It's ever happened to you? Are you creative? Is your brain always going with ideas? So you know what, it's okay. It's okay to not have a thought. Have an idea. It's okay to have some quiet in that mind because, you know, that quiet allows for refreshment, replenishment. Um, you know, the well can run dry. So I guess that's kind of what meditation is, maybe, right? Meditation is taking that brain break and just, uh, not thinking or any thoughts that come up, we just kind of acknowledge them quickly and let them move on. So don't be afraid if you have no ideas at the current time. They'll come, they'll happen. Or if these thoughts pop up, let them go, let them flee by. I just think we all process the world and our thoughts differently, and whatever works for you. Yeah, I'm not going to get upset and beat myself up because I can't think of anything right now. Um, although I did. This is a very weird stream, and I don't— and I think I'm still going to publish it because it's just me being me, and after all, isn't that part of simply being human?
