Jason Nicholas invites you to sketch the city around you. Pick up pen and paper, slow down, and turn the chaos of steel and concrete into serenity one line at a time.
Welcome to the city, a world of steel, concrete, and glass filled with lines that go this way, that way, and the other way. Straight lines, zigzaggy lines, curvy lines, perspective lines, people lines, traffic lines. Armed with a pen and paper, we're gonna make sense of this place. Set things straight, so to speak. Bridge the gap between cuckooness and zaniness. Create serenity out of the chaos. One stinkin' line at a time. Capture a taste of the concrete, steel, and glass. Slow down. Stop time, see the world with a childlike sense of wonder, and create a memory of place by ingraining it into your soul in a wonky, sketchy sort of way, one line at a time. Welcome to The Inkspired Life, architectural and urban sketching. So grab your pen and paper and join me, Jason Nicholas, on this ink-spirational journey.
