Check it out.
Managers asked me at the time and I said, we'll call her Sarah. I said, hey, Sarah, we need 10 more assessments in the next few days for next week. What do you think? Do you think we can make that happen? Like, what are some tools we have right now? So we had a bit of a mini discussion. This was over slack. This wasn't a formal zoom meeting. We were just going back and forth, just brainstorming some ideas. And I was like, hey, what do you think? Can you do it? But this was again, after a lot of the conversations we've had about assessments and all those different things. It wasn't just kind of cold turkey. And. And so she said, okay, let me see what I can do. And so what she ended up doing and with all the tools that we had in the past, she started to leverage those tools to actually start to go searching for 10 assessments. And so what she did right away, we had some did not books in the last, like, couple weeks. So she pulled that list up and started calling them again. She started to call two weeks worth of form leaves that hadn't booked. So not every single form leave was booked. There was a few assessments that were canceled in the last week. So she started calling those. I think she also started calling five patients. She chatted with five patients about family friend referrals at the front desk. She started to use all these tools right away and within the next two hours. And this is not an exaggeration, I remember she messaged me two hours later and she said, hey, I booked six more assessments. And honestly, like, it was, it was crazy because in the moment, I almost instantly didn't believe it was like, there's no way you fix assessments in two hours. Like, how's that even possible, right? So, but she had those tools. She understood kind of the rationale behind the assessment generation for the week following because it impacted clinicians, it impacted the clinic. She understood the lifetime value of the clinic. She understood how much we push for leads and all those business metrics. She understood that very well. And so she went to work to get us assessments while she was still at the front desk.
